Patient Ratios: o 1:4-6 ? Required License, National Certification, Certs: o BLS, NIHSS ? Skills required: o Trach chare, chest tube management, PIV starts, blood administration, NG tube starts/feed, PEG care/feeds o Drips: heparin, insulin ?

Support within the Department: o LPNs utilized on unit. Will be partnered with an RN each shift for support on assessments, admissions, etc. ?
