- 6 acuity-based staffing o CNA: 2 CNA’s each shift, 1 clerical during the day ? Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: o NIHSS, BLS ?
