THIS IS AN EARNING POWER (EP) CONTRACT** **Please email submissions to Ryan.Acker@ayahealthcare.com and RyanAckerPod10@ayahealthcare.com. Guarantee: 24 hours. Scheduling: Candidates will be schedule out of the per diem pool, with 2 guaranteed shifts per week. The clinician is responsible for prebooking shifts directly with facility and providing shift picks to scheduling team at perdiemeast@ayahealthcare.com. In the event there are no shifts available clinician must make scheduling team aware asap. The clinician must provide 5 days of availability through self-scheduling and work a total of 3 shifts each week during the contract duration. The facility has up to 2 hours to confirm/cancel shifts. If a shift is canceled, the clinician must continue to sign up for shifts until they have worked 3 shifts. First and last week and any week containing RTO is not guaranteed. Candidates must provide 5 days of availability, two of those days must be a weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). Shifts will be prebooked by the facility. PCU RNs are needed for Mon Health Float Pool PCU needs will be at Mon Health Medical Center. Client may inquire about flexibility to float to Marion with additional training post start, will not be required. Facility requires 10–15-minute phone interview. Please include 3 dates and a time frame the candidate can complete with submission notes. Requirements
ACLS / BLS
NIHSS
2 years of PCU/Stepdown/Tele experience
Active WV or Compact Nursing License
Strong IV Skills
2 clinical references within last 2 years Preferred
Cerner Experience Orientation Details
Hospital Orientation – Every other Monday. On-site 07:45 – 07:30p.
Modules completed prior to orientation – should take no more than 5 hours max Shift Detail
Night
12 hour shifts available 7p – 730a
You must provide 5 days of availability, two of those days must be a weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). Additional Details - MUST have 1 year separation period from all Vandalia Health locations - Cerner charting (preferred) - Covid Vaccine – will accept declination or vaccination records
Flu Required – will accept medical and religious exemptions approved on case by case basis. No declinations are accepted
