POSITION: RN – Neuro PCU SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING ==============================
Shift hours: 3x12s, 645p-715a
Charting: EPIC experience required
Weekend Requirement: May be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block
RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission. *Unit is able to accommodate blocked scheduling*
Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract.

Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Yes. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria.
Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS ======================= ACLS / BLS / NIHSS REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS ========================
Cardiac monitoring and emergency response (dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code teams)
IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, central/peripheral line care
Medication administration, cardiac drips (no titration)
Respiratory support (nasal cannula, O2 admin, non-invasive airway mgmt)
Rapid Response; Isolation precautions UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING ==========================
Ratios: 1:4–5 (Please confirm traveler is comfortable with a 1:5 ratio)
Patient population: Adult patients with neurological conditions
Includes 5 dedicated beds for continuous 24-hour epilepsy monitoring
Care includes neurosurgical recovery, stroke management, neuro-specific diagnoses, and medical overflow
