Start date: ASAP Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2; if they float to NICU it could be 1:3 Years of experience REQ: 2+ years of RECENT PICU or CVPICU experience First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: EOW – also opened to blocked scheduling for the weekend Certs REQ: BLS, PALS Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
