Medical surgical patients include: asthma, bronchiolitis (NP suction, oxygen delivery from face mask, NC, up to HFNC on pathway), pneumonia, FTT, chronic-complex cerebral palsy/developmental delay (typical chronic complex patient is resident of pediatric skilled nursing facility w CP, developmental delay, impaired mobility, GT fed, admitted for viral illness/dehydration). GI patients with short-gut/Crohn's, overflow medical patients w mental health/SI (post suicide attempt/pharm-ingestion, typical acetadote continuous infusion post tylenol over dose), common post-surgical care patients includ tonsill/aden, appendectomy, GT placement/takedown.
