Registered Nurse – Pediatric Operating Room

The RN – O/P Staff Nurse plans, provides, and monitors individualized nursing care in response to specific patient needs within a defined scope of practice in either PACU/Day Surgery or the Operating Room (OR). Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care respective to the assigned patient population. Reports to department management.

AND

Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care. Plans, provides, and monitors specific patient needs following established policies, procedures, and regulations. Participates in on-going quality assurance, maintains regulatory requirements, and assists in establishing and updating applicable policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.
