The Pediatric PeriAnesthesia Unit is a 10-bed pediatric preoperative and postoperative unit with an additional 4-bed Pediatric Surgical Observation Unit (PSOU). The PSOU provides specialized postoperative care for pediatric patients requiring overnight observation or an extended recovery (up to 23 hours) following surgery. 13 weeks Nights every other weekend, every other holiday Can approve 40 hours for time off ACLS, BLS, and PALS required Can submit with VA license pending 50 mile radius rule
