2 supervisor references needed at time of submission - one must be manager/supervisor titled OH License in Hand 2 Years of Peds Cardiac Stepdown experience required every other weekend Day/night rotating in 6 week intervals Patient Diagnoses: Cardiac defects- both medical and surgical Special Procedures/Unit Details: Trachs/vents High flow nasal cannula Post op caths Post op after CTICU inotropes heart and lung transplants
