Please ensure traveler is aware and agreeable to working in a group home setting! Looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact in pediatric critical care? We're seeking experienced RNs to join a Pediatric Critical Care House (PCCH) in Everett, WA, providing around-the-clock care for medically complex children transitioning from the hospital to home. What You'll Need
Active RN license (or Compact License)
Ventilator experience REQUIRED
Pediatric Critical Care experience preferred
PICU or Pediatrics experience accepted
Comfortable working in a high-acuity, high-stress pediatric environment
Able to work independently, communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain meticulous documentation This is a group home setting, not a traditional hospital. Please ensure you're comfortable working in this environment before applying. You'll care for medically complex children—primarily under the age of 5—as they transition from the hospital into a home-like setting while receiving 24/7 skilled nursing care. Traveler will start out as Days and may eventually need to support on nights if needed. Patient Population & Skills Experience with the following is highly valued:

Ventilator-dependent patients
Neonatal feeding & growth
TPN, NG, G-tube, and G-J tube feedings
Central lines
Unstable airways
Cardiac management
Seizure management
Oncology
Peritoneal Dialysis
Diabetes management
Craniofacial and neurodevelopmental conditions
Traumatic Brain Injury & injury recovery
Genetic disorders
