Respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi system organ disfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, surgical complications, include some of our top DRGs. Nurses with large scale adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU experience tend to do well in our area.
Average patient load is 3 high acuity patients.
