Experience REQUIRED: 2 years in acute rehab or Med-Surg
EPIC EMR REQUIRED
Patient Ratios: 1:6–8
Valid State License REQUIRED (must be in hand)

BLS preferred (copies required prior to start; certifications in hand preferred)
RTO: Max 10 days (facility flexible depending on staffing; confirm with AM)
Holiday Availability: Must work 2 of 3 holidays
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
Block Booking: Possible depending on staffing levels
Start Date: 2–3 weeks preferred (aligns with compliance timeline)
Interview Process: 15-minute phone screen; manager conducts direct call and text outreach
Health System Modules: Required prior to start (8–10 hours)
Return Staff Policy: Must be 1 year removed for Travelers or PRN
