- 34 Bed- Stepdown/ PCU UNIT- 2 plus yrs current experience. 1:5 ratios; Meditech EMR.
- AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH required; must also have KY or compact license.
- Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case by case basis.
- Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.
- Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. No RTO edits accepted once an offer has been made; no timecard edits accepted once the pay period closes.
Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from facility to be considered; locals not accepted.
Assignment confirmation needs to be signed with in 24 hrs of the offer. Valid Driver's license and ARH coversheet required in all submission packets. The address on coversheet and DL should match.
