Number of Staff - 40+
Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 free charge, 1 UC, 3 PCTs, 5 RNs o Night Shift - 5 RNS, 1 PCT
Patient Ratios - 6:1, sometimes 5:1
Type of equipment - Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacs, SCD pumps
EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS
ACLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Meditech experience
Telemetry experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
In addition to general med/surg competencies, it is preferred that applicants can o Manage chest tubes o Manage non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodorone drips o Manage weight-based heparin drips Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
