BLS
ACLS
2+ years of experience on a Tele unit
2+ years of a Travel ExperiencePreferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
Meditech Exp. PreferredSpecialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)
Active TX RN License only - Temp License will not be acceptedProcedures performed on unit:

Charting with MeditechDress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color
RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
