Facility Information: Description: Outpatient clinic that specializes in pediatric pre/post liver and small bowel transplant, hepatology. RN provides support with patient care coordination needs such as labs, imaging, phone triage and communication with the multi-disciplinary team. *This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine* *May come into contact with Covid Patients*
