7:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Prepare patients for overnight sleep studies by applying monitoring equipment and explaining procedures. Monitor patients throughout the night and ensure accurate collection of sleep study data. Recognize and respond to patient needs during sleep studies.
Perform CPAP/BiPAP titrations as directed. Document patient information and study results accurately. Maintain patient safety and provide exceptional patient care.
Complete documentation using Epic (training provided). RequirementsRegistered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT or equivalent) required Current BLS Certification required Experience performing overnight polysomnography Ability to work independently during night shifts Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred Patients range from 5 years of age and older Epic experience is not required (on-the-job training provided) Floating RequirementCandidates must be willing to work at any of the following sleep lab locations based on staffing needs:Main Campus – Detroit, MI 48202 Brownstown Sleep Lab – Brownstown, MI 48183 Macomb Sleep Lab – Clinton Township, MI 48038 Columbus Sleep Clinic & Lab – Novi, MI 48377 GP Cottage Sleep Clinic & Lab – Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236 If you're a Registered Sleep Technologist looking for a rewarding night-shift opportunity with a leading healthcare system, we'd love to hear from you!
