Location: Salem Virginia Unit: Inpatient Rehab Building: Main 4E General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 35 Patient Ratios :5-7:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Techs per census, usually 2-4 Type of equipment : Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCD’s, Bladder scanner Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling

12 hr shifts, every other weekend Floating policy: may be floated to other Med Surg depts. Patient Experience

Rehab experience preferred Hiring Profile Must have : Rehab experience BLS and VA License Preferred: Med Surg
