• This candidate must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience working in ICU , ER ( which includes treating pediatric patients needing intubation and mechanical ventilation ) Nursery ( level 1 ) which involves attending high risk c-sections along with being part of the resuscitation team and Med Surge floors. Is familiar using the Drager V500 ,Hamilton T-1 ventilators , neo puff , and has used EPIC documentation system , . • Must Have Skills/Experience: working in a nursery - being part of the resuscitation team , experience with attending high risk deliveries , working in an adult ICU , experience with treating pediatric patients in the ER , sharp assessment skills , experience with the equipment mentioned above .
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: NICU ,PICU experience so I know the candidate is comfortable and competent treating newborns and critically ill pediatric patients in the ER.
