Number of Staff - 64-70
Type of staff:
Day Shift - one charge, one manager, 8-10 clinical RTs
Night Shift - one charge, 8-10 clinical RTs
Patient Ratios - 10:1
Type of equipment - Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators.
EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care RRT hospital experience
BLS, ACLS and NRP Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
NICU/PEDS experience
Level 1 Trauma experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Breathing treatments
Vent assessments Best personality Fit:
