- Patient Population: Respiratory care (including ventilator weaning & tracheostomy care), telemetry and specialized monitoring, IV medications and critical drips, chest tubes
- RTs onsite supporting approximately 50% of vent patient load; RNs must collaborate closely with RTs

- RTO: Max 10 days (facility flexible depending on staffing; confirm with AM)
- Holiday Availability: Must work 2 of 3 holidays
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
- Block Booking: Possible depending on staffing levels
- Start Date: 2–3 weeks preferred (aligns with compliance timeline)
- Interview Process: 15-minute phone screen; manager conducts direct call and text
