Memorial Hermann Respiratory Care Residency Program Are you looking to advance your respiratory career? Memorial Hermann offers a unique program designed to transition the new graduate, or respiratory care therapist with less than twelve months of RCP experience, from the academic setting to the professional environment working with neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. Our program offers a comprehensive 3-month training program that includes professional development and didactic clinical competency enhancement, with the oversight of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) preceptor and dedicated RCP Clinical Education Resource Specialist.
