Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) within 2 months of hire
✓Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) credential through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
Qualifications
✓0 - 6 months related experience
✓Valid Oklahoma Provisional
