– RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES – Coordinates and manages patient care plans, assesses patient needs, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, facilitates discharge planning, monitors treatment progress, educates patients and families, ensures appropriate resource utilization, and advocates for quality, cost-effective care throughout the hospital stay. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – 1+ year recent experience in specialty, FL RN lic.
– Prefer ARU experience not required. If not hospital experience required LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 week SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Day shift 0800-1630 SYSTEMS – Prod-Doc START DATE – 10/26/2026
