Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, some Saturdays Contract: 12 weeks

2–3 years in Case Management

RN License, BLS Travel

Required Local Radius: Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility First-Time Travelers: Accepted EMR: Epic Patient Population: Adults needing home health setup and discharge assistance

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, typing, and Epic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
