Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Nov 30, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring a CA RN license and 2+ years of case management experience. Details Acute hospital setting within the Case Management unit Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Patient ratio of 1:20 Manages complex patients with chronic or complicated medical conditions Coordinates with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive discharge plans Requirements Active CA RN license required at time of submission BLS certification required ACM and Interqual certifications preferred Minimum 2 years of case management experience required Any charting system experience accepted Community hospital experience preferred Full date of birth and full SSN required for consideration Two supervisor references preferred Additional Information Conducts initial patient assessments and ongoing stay reviews Evaluates patient needs and coordinates discharge planning for complex cases Works to ensure patients are discharged to the appropriate level of care Candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius of the facility RTO requests always require facility approval and must be submitted at time of consideration First-time travelers are not accepted for this role
