12 Hours Per Shift Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 2 Join our team as a Labor and Delivery RN in Boston, MA, where you will provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about maternal and neonatal health. This position involves a 12-hour shift rotation, with hours from 7 PM to 7:30 AM and 7 AM to 7:30 PM, including every other weekend and holiday.
Candidates who reside less than 50 miles from the facility will be considered for a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.
2 recent years of Labor and Delivery RN experience and OR circulator experience. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips. Must pass the telemetry test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher.
Experience in high-risk obstetrics is preferred. EPIC experience is required. Previous travel experience is required.
Required
BLS and NRP (must provide copies). All lessons must be completed on NRP and must not expire during the proposed assignment. Evidence of completing Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course, preferably AWHONN.
Preferred: Dysrhythmia/Telemetry interpretation course. Department Details: The unit features 9 labor rooms, 2 operating and recovery rooms, and 5 triage rooms, with approximately 3,000 deliveries per year. Please share this unit video with your talent prior to submissions: Unit Video.
