RN Supervisor – LTC Location: Camden, Maine
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate daily nursing operations and support residents' healthcare needs. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations.
Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality nursing care. Monitor residents' conditions and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Assist with staffing, shift assignments, and clinical problem-solving.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and state regulations. Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff. Support infection control, medication safety, and resident care standards.
Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
