School Occupational Therapist (School Services)

ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in partnership with Jeffco Public Schools! Pay $70/hr W2 contracts and $77/hr 1099 contracts! Essential Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and comprehensive assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families.

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings. Document evaluations, therapy notes, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable) accurately and timely. Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom modifications.

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on individual needs. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, district, and ESS Clinical policies and procedures. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for students.

Required Certifications & Licensure NBCOT Certification Active Colorado Occupational Therapist License (DORA) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License – School Occupational Therapist Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred) Successful completion of district-required background check and fingerprint clearance prior to start of employment
