Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Aston, Broomall, or Newtown Square, PA, to support school-age students through individualized assistance, positive encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences. Position Overview Provide direct educational and behavioral support to school-age students in a specialized educational setting.
Assist students with daily learning activities, classroom activities, individualized educational goals, and developmental needs. Support students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation in educational activities. Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to implement support strategies and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Current hands-on CPR Certification Valid Driver's License Ability to complete required safety training upon assignment and obtain and maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances, including FBI fingerprinting
