ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and student-focused Special Education Teacher to support students in Union County Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and individualized support to students with disabilities while working collaboratively with general education teachers, related service providers, families, administrators, and other school professionals.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities. Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs. Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid SC teaching certification or licensure for Special Education Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferred but not required ESS Clinical W-2
