08:00:00 to 15:30:00 Contract Length: 2026–2027 School Year Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly (Travel reimbursement/stipends available for eligible candidates) Preferred: Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the school year start). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates may be considered depending on district supervision availability. 1–2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with writing, implementing, and tracking IEPs.
Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the school year start). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates may be considered depending on district supervision availability. 1–2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with writing, implementing, and tracking IEPs.
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing evaluations to determine eligibility for school-based communication services. Develop, write, and implement measurable goals and objectives for student IEPs in strict compliance with federal and state regulations. Provide high-quality direct and indirect therapy for students presenting with various communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, exceptional student education (ESE) staff, therapists, and families to provide integrated support and classroom accommodations. Monitor, track, and document student progress regularly, presenting findings clearly during multidisciplinary IEP meetings. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
