Travel SNF Physical Therapist – Court Manor Health Services / Ashland Health Services, Ashland, WI
You'll treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents at Court Manor Health Services and Ashland Health Services on a full-time travel contract with Ardor. This is a 13-week travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist role, with extension possible, supporting two skilled nursing facilities in Ashland, Wisconsin. You'll work days, five 8-hour shifts a week (40 hours), helping residents regain strength, mobility and independence after a hospital stay, surgery or illness.
Court Manor Health Services, at 911 3rd Street West, has a dedicated short-term rehab unit, secured memory care, on-site wound care nurses and a certified lymphedema therapist. Ashland Health Services is at 1319 Beaser Avenue. New graduates and therapists without previous SNF experience are welcome to apply.
