This opportunity is ideal for a PT who enjoys helping patients regain strength, improve mobility, and build confidence as they work toward greater independence. You can expect to: Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care based on their needs and functional goals. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, endurance, and mobility.
Assist residents with gait training, transfers, and functional movement to promote safety and independence. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support quality care and positive patient outcomes.
