$2,200 Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week skilled nursing assignment at Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville in beautiful Greeneville, Tennessee! This opportunity offers an estimated $2,200 per week while allowing you to experience the scenic Appalachian Mountains and charming communities of northeastern Tennessee. Position Overview As a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility, you'll evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery and other conditions affecting their strength, mobility and independence.
You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to help residents regain functional abilities, improve balance and mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training and balance activities Address strength, mobility and functional limitations Assist patients with transfers and functional mobility Implement fall prevention and safety strategies Treat patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP and other rehabilitation professionals Participate in discharge planning and patient education Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or applicable PT Compact privilege Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills About Greeneville, Tennessee Located in northeastern Tennessee near the Appalachian Mountains, Greeneville is a charming historic town surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, rolling hills and outdoor recreation.
