Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehabilitation Hialeah / Miami Lakes, Florida We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in the Hialeah / Miami Lakes, Florida area. This is a critical-need position and is a great opportunity for a PT looking to secure a South Florida assignment quickly. Position Highlights Rehabilitation Setting Critical Need 13-Week Travel Contract Physical Therapist Adult & Geriatric Patient Population Hialeah / Miami Lakes, Florida Start Date: 11/2/26 End Date: 1/30/27 Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions. Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and home exercise programs. Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements Florida PT license required. BLS required. Rehabilitation or post-acute experience preferred.
