Travel SNF Physical Therapist – Palm Gardens Health & Rehab, Mobile, AL
You'll treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents at Palm Gardens Health & Rehab on a full-time travel contract with Ardor. This is a 13-week travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist role, with extension possible, at Palm Gardens Health & Rehab in Mobile, Alabama. You'll work days, five 8-hour shifts a week (40 hours), helping residents regain strength, mobility and independence after surgery, illness or injury.
The facility is a 100-bed, CMS 5-star rated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center at 3104 Dauphin Square Connector, Mobile, AL 36607. New graduates and therapists without previous SNF experience are welcome to apply. You'll have support from the Palm Gardens rehab team and Ardor's 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.
