Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility Clearwater, Florida We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Clearwater, Florida . Position Highlights Skilled Nursing Facility / Post-Acute Rehab 35 Hours Per Week Guaranteed Travel or Local Candidates Accepted New Grad Friendly No NBOs No Fees Clearwater, Florida Start Date: 10/1/26 End Date: 12/29/26 Critical Priority Responsibilities Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management. Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
