Travel RN – SNF: Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865
Evening Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
40 hours per week, 5 days per week Contract Type: Travel Orientation: Typically 1 day on the assigned unit
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, and monitor treatment plans. Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols. Collaborate with RN managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care. Float to other units as needed and may be required to work in an LPN capacity based on staffing needs.
Facility Details Facility Size: 120 beds across 3 units, with up to 40 residents per unit. Staffing Ratio: 1 RN, 2 LPNs, and 3–4 CNAs per 40 residents on the evening shift. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend is mandatory.
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday is mandatory. Dress Code: Scrubs of any color are permitted.
