Behavioral Health Social Worker- 5x8 Days Float Requirement: Float throughout patient tower across MedSurg units as necessary LOCAL RATE WITIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY
- LCSW, LCSW-C OR LCPC and MD LICENSE IN HAND -BLS - 2 years of experience This is not a “case management” position but rather an inpatient therapist position. Performing psychosocial, assessments, collecting collateral information, collaborating with the provider on diagnostic impression and treatment plan, contributing in daily treatment IMOC rounds and afternoon 3pm huddle, providing individual therapy, leading group therapy and having family meetings.
The therapists collaborates with the discharge coordinators on follow up care and discharge disposition planning. The ALOS is 4.5 days We accept voluntary and involuntary patients * Scrub INFO: business casual *This facility requires all employees to have their flu vaccination*
