Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW) Start Date: November 30, 2026 Job Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker to provide inpatient and outpatient social work services. The role involves patient assessments, care planning, discharge planning, case management, resource coordination, and connecting patients with appropriate healthcare and community services. The Social Worker will collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe discharges, effective care coordination, and continuity of care.
The role includes working with patients of all ages and supporting individuals with mental health, substance abuse, chronic pain, and other complex needs. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). Active, unrestricted LMSW or LCSW license from any U.
S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification. Minimum of 3 years of clinical healthcare experience.
Experience with discharge planning, case management, or utilization review. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems. Additional Information Full compliance must be completed at least 2 weeks before the start date.
Orientation is conducted every 2 weeks. COVID-19 and flu vaccine exemptions may be accepted with a submitted declination form. Housing is very limited; shared contractor housing may be available based on availability.
No pets or family members are allowed in contractor housing. Housing application must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the start date.
