Position Details Location: Hot Springs, AR Employment Type: Local or Travel Contract Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Hours: 40 Hours per Week Coverage Area: Garland County, Hot Spring County, and Grant County Weekly Productivity: At least 15 Units Home Health
Required HCHB: Desired OASIS
Required On-Call: If requested Guaranteed Hours: No guarantee; full-time available
HCHB, OASIS, and Home Health experience required
& Experience Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Software Experience - Required OASIS Experience - Required Current State License as a Registered Nurse - Required CHPN Certification - Preferred Proof of Current CPR Certification - Required Current Driver's License - Required Reliable Transportation and Insurance - Required 1-2 Years of Experience as a Registered Nurse in a Clinical Care Setting - Required 2+ Years of Home Health Experience - Required
