35 hours per week Start Date: As soon as Cleared by HR to Start End Date: Anticipated 6/18/27 Work Arrangement : In Person Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan and more Licensure & CEU Reimbursement Referral bonus program Ongoing clinical management support from a dedicated CCC-SLP Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable) Maintain therapy schedules and service logs Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. Active Maryland license in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the board of examiners or state department of education Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply. Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
