Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Logansport, IN Location: Logansport, IN Department: Rehab Therapy – Logansport

32 hours/week

Days, Monday–Friday Weekends: No weekends Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation: May be eligible for relocation assistance Requirements Minimum Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Degree must be from a CAA-accredited program Must hold or be eligible for an Indiana SLP license within 90 days Clinical Fellows (CFY) are eligible with appropriate supervision and mentorship CFY candidates must obtain state licensure within 18 months of starting the CFY ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required if not in CFY CPR certification required within 90 days Experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training
