Shift Information Days (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) Minimum Experience Required 1 year of experience preferred. Certifications and Requirements Current unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required. Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required.

Healthcare Provider BLS certification required. Must be able to travel to multiple points of care. Department Description The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients who have experienced injuries or conditions leading to a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence.

The speech therapy team addresses challenges related to speech sounds, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive functions including memory, attention, and problem-solving. Services are provided for adult patients with a diverse range of diagnoses in both acute care and outpatient settings.
