This role requires a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience. Candidates should have previous travel experience and be prepared to float between the medical floor and surgical/oncology departments. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care across various units, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Manage patient assignments with a typical ratio of 1:5 to 6. Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically Epic, for documentation and patient management. Demonstrate flexibility by floating between departments as required.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience. Prior travel nursing experience is essential. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Location Position located in the vicinity of multiple locations within a specified city and state.
