Bi-Weekly Orientation
Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 12-bed Stepdown Unit at Providence Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong stepdown/acute care experience and be comfortable caring for patients who require close monitoring and a higher level of nursing care.
Qualifications/Initial Requirements ✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. ✓ Active DCI/BVP ✓ Previous Stepdown/Acute Care experience required. ✓ BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. ✓ Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. ✓ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ✓ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.
