Details Medical Surgical unit with an average daily census of 21 Patient ratios typically 1:5, potentially 1:6 during high swing bed volume Facility sees swing bed patients approximately 25% of the time Occasionally cares for patients more acute than typical Med/Surg due to lack of onsite ICU Uses Meditech EMR Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:00 No on-call responsibilities Requirements Active ME or compact RN license required Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required Step-down level patient care experience required Additional Information Provide direct patient care to a Med/Surg population with occasional step-down acuity level patients Care for swing bed patients as part of regular caseload
