Qualifications
✓Strong cardiac knowledge and EKG interpretation required
✓Cardiovascular unit: post-open-heart surgery patients (18–24 hours post-op), CHF, PTCA/stents, TAVR, MitraClip, pacemakers, and electrophysiology studies
✓Must float to similar units
✓Every other weekend
✓Possible on-call
✓Strict 3-strike attendance policy: 3 absences or instances of being over 20 minutes late result in immediate termination
✓Documented serious circumstances may be reviewed
