Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Start Date: 12/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks DYNAMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A STEP DOWN REGISTERED NURSE! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN for a night shift position in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role requires flexibility, as you will primarily work in a Med-Surg setting but may also float to Telemetry as needed.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 in the DOU and 1:5 in the ARU. Key
Manage and interpret dysrhythmias, utilizing telemetry skills. Administer care for patients with pacemakers and post-cardiac procedures. Implement IV insulin protocols and manage insulin drips.
Provide care for feeding tubes and perform continuous bladder irrigation (CBI). Oversee pre/post-hemodialysis management and access/manage ports. Administer blood products and manage central and peripheral lines.
Monitor and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips. Provide procedural sedation and monitor patients accordingly. Utilize isolation precautions and PPE as necessary.
Certifications Required: ACLS BLS NIHSS PALS Additional Information: Every other weekend is required, with a minimum of 6 weekend days per schedule period. Mandatory floating to ARU and DOU is expected. GLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
